I was curious as to everyone’s thoughts regarding adding compounds when cutting. Let me say first though that I agree that there is no substitute for proper diet and training. Now that that is out of the way, I know it’s a fairly popular perspective that most compounds are not necessary if you body fat is above 15%. I will say that just the introduction of Test at about 250mg weekly made a significant differences in my ability to lose fat. My waist shrunk and I got bigger in the past year after I started. I would like to hear others opinions and what they have used to facilitate their cuts and did you wait until sub 15% bf to add anything?
