December 10th installment of diets and training

Good morning all.breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 peach chobani, cranberry juice,3 HB eggs no yolk, banana,coffee.Gyms not open today,but I got some free weights in my room.Today I am grateful for participation on this morning thread.Hope everyone has a great day.
 
Rest day for me. Had my three bottom front teeth pulled yesterday. Look like a hockey player right now hahah but after it heals I’ll get new ones and have a better smile :muscle:t3:
 
I’ve been confused with being a hockey player before. The minor league team won the championship and I was club they celebrated at. The guys were so drunk they passed the cup to me to drink out of thinking I was on the team.
 
Traded training for an extra hour of sleep today. Tonights my company Xmas party and they got us night crew some grub. Steak tips, chicken broccoli ziti, arancini and salad. I don’t have my measuring equipment so everything will have to be done with my calibrated eye 🤣
 
It’ took me almost 2 1/2 years to fully learn that! I spent the first two years going so hard I sacrificed and neglected everyone and everything. Missing holidays and dinners and outings… And it did pay off for the most part but I’ve learned to also enjoy myself on the rare occasion now
