DECEMBER 13TH Diets and what were training

Good morning boys.I did bis n tris already with a protein shake.
Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,4 toast plain,4 morning star fake sausages,strawberries,water n tea.
Gonna go work a few hours, then maybe hunt this afternoon.Hope everyone has a smooth day,and if you can do something nice for someone less fortunate do it.
 
Didn’t eat much this morning. Waiting on chicken curry right now. Be my main meal for the day.

My problem is my intensity. Longest I have had a gym bro is 1 year since I’ve gotten out of the Corps. 🤷‍♂️ They complain about soreness lasting for days. I tell them you sound like my wife after the weekend… 😂
 
I had a couple workout partners back in the day at same time. Guess I was a slut lol. But seriously sometimes you gotta choose the workout best for you and same partner may not cut it for everything.

Just finished some back and had a R1 Protein shake and a banana. Will have chicken and pasta for breakfast or whatever you want call it this late.
 
Who needs a partner anyways, I don’t need someone to “pushme” what I need is someone to back the fuck up off me and give me my space,hence me not having been to a gym in years,everything I do great,I do alone…
 
I don’t use them to push me. I use them to push myself and always have a good spotter. Especially on negatives and other exercises. Having a spotter that knows what they’re doing and when to help you is a great asset in the gym.

You can push yourself without worry of injury or having to go light because someone doesn’t know what the fuck they’re doing when spotting you.

Ok,but for me personally,the less I have to deal with people,and make bullshit conversations the better I am overall,so I’d rather be by myself and have smaller muscles,then deal with someone helpin me.
