BF #1 - 3 eggs, 3 eggs whites, steak pieces, a few baby potatoes
BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, w/ 1/2 scoop of protein powder
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Lean ground chicken, protein rice, veggies
Dinner - Salmon and Salad and Bread

Workout 1 -
5 x 1 Woprk up to Heavy DL Complex (215ish)
1 Dead Lift
1 Power Clean
1 Hang Clean
1 Jerk

Workout 2 - (15min time cap)
5 Rounds…
12 Deadlifts, 155# (scaling to 135#)
9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# (scaling to 135#)
6 Push Jerks, 155# (scaling to 135#)

Daily Gratitude:
The Christmas Spirit which suppresses our natural tendency for conflict and aggression, even if only temporarily.
 
Trained arms. Just finished donating blood and haven’t had anything to eat except coffee, protein shake and welches jelly snacks. Going to be eating shortly some shaved steak with a couple of eggs and some left over potatoes.
