With protein milk and bag of dots pretzels. Also got banned on another dating site. What are the odds it happened day after my ex found profile again. 3rd time
Trained legs today. First time in 2 months :crossed_fingers:. Had a cup of potatoes with 2 eggs and whites. Protein shake with banana. Had a bagel with a piece of steak. Not sure about dinner
My sciatic been acting up. When I do hamstring and glute exercises they cause it to hurt worse when everything tightens up. So I’ve been just avoiding it and trying to keep everything loose.
I hate sciatic issues. I stopped doing squats and started belt squats. And stopped doing dead’s. I only use light weight when doing GMs. And haven’t had issues since. But prior on three seperate occasions squats or dead’s cause issues for two plus months on each occasion
So far so good but I kept it real basic. Leg lifts, extension and glute kickback machine. Legs are sore but not in a bad way, so hopefully I can continue to slowly ramp up the volume each week until my back stops hating me!
