Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 dunkin donuts,5 HB eggs no yolk,banana,water,coffee.Im onky working half day til 1300,then gonna hunt til dark,hopefully i can whack one.Went to gym this am flipped the tire,then did a light leg session.Today i am grateful to make my own work hours with my dad,i seriously appreciate the situation of not having a boss.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Didnt see any deer,however some fuckin shit head,had been riding a quad back there sometime in the last few days,hence why there wasnt no deer around probably.
 
I trained a little chest and Tris. I had 2 eggs on English and drank some whites. Pasta and chicken sausage. Shaved steak with cheese on wraps. Yogurt. Protein shake
