Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 dunkin donuts,iced coffee,5 turkey sausage,banana and water.Lunch will be 2 turkey n american,with lett,tomatoes,light mayo,grapes cranberry juice.Dinner who knows…No gym today,fuck it.
Today i am grateful for my job,l enjoy what i do.

My knee just got fucked up same way my elbow was before and same time elbow issue came back. I think it had to do with antibiotic I was on but not 100% sure. So no training past couple days. I thought knee was related to something else and brace wasn’t helping. Tried a tie down strap above the knee and can walk normal but hurts circulation. I’ll train with that tomorrow until I can figure this shit out.

Diet same shit different day really. Eggs. Beef. Sausage. Lol. About 6-8 cups of coffee a day.

That’s a lot of black water. I’m right behind you at 5ish maybe 6.

Sorry bout Knee. Injuries just blow!!!
