Good morning all.Breakfast was frosted flakes,protein shake, banana,coffee water.Not sure what I’m doin at the gym…Today I am grateful for the Christmas season and time spent with family.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Bought wifey a smith n wesson 38 featherweight for her purse carry this morning.

Last day of antibiotics. I’ve been not sleeping strai hgh t through but doing about 9 hours of sleep on these things with tren. Not good sleep I feel groggy and tired all day still so look forward to Trensomnia where I may not sleep but I got. Buzz if energy
 
Having some steak egg whites and a muffin. It’s snowing here supposed to get 6 inches. Gonna watch some shoulder videos. Idk what I do wrong but after letting my shoulders heal for 3 months and being back at it for a couple months both of em are seeming to hurt when I do shoulders :man_facepalming:t2::man_facepalming:t2:🤣🤣
 
Light YTW’s… high rep. Face pulls same way. I found that banded or dumb bell work helps tremendously. Just keep it light like sets 12-16.

I do my YTW’s at 8 reps each so thats 24 reps per set.

Cut out all your pressing for a while or at least find something that doesn’t aggravate your shoulders.
 
Yeah I avoid the press machine even tho it’s one of my favs and feel it the most… and I can’t do smith machine presses or even ones with a bar. Idk if I put my arms wrong or my shoulders but when I lower the bar is when it hurts and I’ve watched so many videos so I have no clue what I’m doing wrong. Sucks to cause my shoulders felt great again after that 3 months off
 
No pressing brother. Take several months of doing prehab/rehab and get shoulders healthy and strong then you can start working pressing movements in slowly.

This may take 6 months or more.

Don’t stop doing any shoulder work…just stop pressing.
 
When I was your age I tore up my left shoulder doing stupid stuff in gym.

I didn’t bench for a year while rehabing shoulder. Oddly enough incline pressing did not hurt. I got very strong on those.
 
See it doesn’t hurt to bench anymore. Which I’m happy about cause I’m been working up and getting a lot stronger benching. I never benched before either and just started doing it the last couple months and hit 285lbs the other day. Just the presses hurt. I’ll def be avoiding them and doing other things
 
Said fuck it for dinner time I’m eating everything it’s like my body was fiending for it… After eating rice and chicken and grits and eggs or whatever else… So far it’s been French bread pizza six pieces of turkey bacon to 85% lean beef patties with cheese on top and counting… Might make some pancakes shit…
 
You’re the anomaly… most everyone can’t bench (flat).

Just give up the overhead press get your shoulders strong with isolation movements after you bench.
 
I will be the one millionth to say flat being screws me up too… I haven’t ventured anything past 135 lb lately and even with that I do not do a wide grip at all… Dumbbells feel good though… As many will tell you the same about the dumbbells… With that being said woke up from a nap made a thousand calorie shake we’ll drink that throughout the night as I’ll wake piss and drink Also has a hundred and 65 carbs 75 protein and 25 fats. … shoulder injury suck good luck brother…
 
I am pretty much hungry… But I am hoping a raw shake will help that quick like as I have to get up to work in the morning… I will drink it in thirds…
