Good afternoon all.todays breakfast was 1 bagel,self made strawberry cream cheese,4 turkey sausage,grapes,water n coffee
Not sure about lunch might make a few chic fajitas.went to gym this morning,alls I did was tire flipping.no work today,or the near future we went from working 7 days a week,to nothing,which i absolutely hate working weekends,I need to isolate atleast 2
Days a weeK,if not more.
Dinner will be,who the fuck knows.
Today I am grateful for a outfuckingstanding daughter,shes beautiful,smart,good in school,plays 3 different sports,I couldn't ask for more,and I can't say no her either,but then she rarely gives me a reason to say no.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Went and trained legs today. Had egg whites, milk and frozen waffles. Protein shake and a banana. Had chicken, rice and beans from Chipotle earlier. Taking one of my kids out for dinner tonight so who knows where we are going or what I'll be having lol. Always grateful for the opportunity to see my kids.
