December 30th edition of diets and training

Good morning boys,got a late start today,no excuse for it,but here I am.
Breakfast was homemade crepes with homemade mulberry jam,1 can tuna,coffee water,breakfast was lacking protein,just had a R1 shake,will have another with lunch.Did chest this morning,pushups,pec dec.After lunch were goin to Midevil Times like a hour from me,not sure what it entails,a big meal,a show etc should be interesting.Like usual I will be equipped,a folding knife in my pocket,a pistol will be in the car,there always is,my weed pen and a extra klonopin.Hope I can stuff my face a lot.Hope everyone has a good day,and remember,Anything worth shootin once,is worth shooting again.
 
Same ol, same ol. We shoveled this morning and went to breakfast, so that throws my food off for the day. In an hour will be pre workout shake and gummies, then train at approximately 12:15…. Nooner or sooner today boys, off for the weekend. I’ve never had a job with PTO, this shit is great! After I train I’ll consume my normal food For the rest of the day
 
Skipped breakfast just had black coffee. Heading back to the BBQ place I found earlier in the week for lunch. Dinner is pork cutlet, Brussels sprouts, and spaetzel(German egg noodles). Probly taking the day off from the iron, maybe not, depends how I’m feeling when I get home.

Oh lord don’t shoot it or at least don’t get caught.

Killing a raptor is illegal. At least around here.
