Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake,grapes,sesame bagel plain, cranberry juice and water.Goin to gym shortly,legs.Hope everyone has a great fuckin day.
 
Breakfast was big bowl of frosted mini wheats protein milk bacon cheese sandwich. I’m starving lost three pounds yesterday from finally being able to shit good. So now I can get back to eating more
 
I can honestly say it’s been over 7 years since I have had fast food.

Other than a chick fil a.

But I do understand the easiness of having a meal in under 4 minutes.
 
I hear ya… good on you. Today was me and baby girls day out together and she picked mcd’s so I sucked it up.

We have a handful of mom n pop joints around here that i like.
