Trained chest.
Protein shake with strawberries.
Egg whites and waffles
Eggs, potatoes and turkey sausage
Chipotle shrimp and jasmine rice.
Going to eat something else before bed, probably oatmeal or something
 
Yessir.
I found 4 pounds over thanksgiving so I went back to the intermittent fasting till noon everyday until Christmas and then I get to pig out again.

It’s probably not what you want to hear but be careful going off meal plans do ring holidays. That shit can snow ball you’ve done great losing the weight but it’s much easier to put on than pull off and we aren’t getting younger brother
