All they had to do I believe was create like a 30 billion dollar fund to pay victims through the courts. They decided to just give up the company instead of pay any money. That’s crazy to me and you who gives up a multi million dollar company.

I was blown away that they just gave up the family company. I thought that it was crazy but there side is if they paid they would be admitting guilt and they say that they did nothing wrong.

It amazes me but I believe that the FDA is to blame we know that the family paid the FDA well legally and they were then allowed to push a strength of a known addictive compound at 16x the highest doses at that time.

They were also allowed to have massive events were they invite and give doctors whatever they want for a weekend at the most luxurious hotels they just had to watch a movie about how to prescribe properly :roll_eyes: the video explained that the medicine wasn’t addictive because it was time released so that wouldn’t be a problem.
It explained to prescribe so the patient was taking a time released medication still multiple times a day so they suggest to start at 4x a day.

If you can ever find a copy of the video that they used watch it I couldn’t believe it was even allowed.
