Happy Birthday @Poppy semper fi.
Did chest this morning.Just finished breakfast,1strawberry frosted donut,soooooo fuckin good it was.R1 protein shake.1 can a tuna with hot sauce.bananna,water,drinkin coffee as we speak.Appreciate the small things during your day,be positive.

2 English muffin and egg sandwich. Made at home. Did some Back and Bis earlier. Having a R1 vanilla protein shake with a frozen banana mixed in!
 
@Poppy happy birthday old man! Breakfast is same as always, egg whites, 3 eggs, flour tortillas, sausage. Later will be tuna and 3 slices sour dough, then beef, jasmine rice and black beans/corn mix… tonight who knows?

Squats last night, knee is fucking killing me today, had to lift in my singlet because I forgot shorts, looked awesome :-1:t2:… today is off day

Thanks buddy.

I have my last remaining singlet stuffed in my sock drawer… I haven’t had it on in probably 10 years or more. I’m sure it ain’t perdy! Hahaha
