Finished day with low row machine 3 plates with 25 for 4x8. Single arm lay pull downs and 90 pounds each arm 4x10. 4x8 iso row upper mid back and rear delt 3 plates 25. Front v squat 3x8 5 plates
 
While waiting on shit to clear out for pct figured I would do week of superdrol. Day two and at 20 My biceps feel like they are going to burst
 
Going to try and do some non pressing chest work aka fly machine and lateral raises today
 
First cheat pump in weeks feels nice. On to
Lateral raises and maybe try some
Front raises. Hate seeing my upper body just shrink
 
So due to mental condition at the moment I have decided to just do a cruise for a bit instead of starting clomid and nolva protocols in a week.
 
Hit 455 for 3 easy on squats haven’t done a regular back squat since re injuring shoulder cause getting back to bar hurt. So didn’t lose too much how even at cruise dose I can still make gains here As I’m not even close to the highest I’ve hit natural. My only question now is do
I cruise till deca cycle and pct after before doing fall ment run or pct skip deca and go straight to tren run. If I do deca run it will be -12 week and if bloods allow followed by 8 week tren run
 
Worked up to 9 plates each side for 12 on leg press almost went out on last rep so decided to drop to 8 plates and hit cluster set quads are feeling it. Seated leg curls then leg extensions to finish day. Leg day two will be Tuesday then third on Saturday and get back to regular scheduled program for the next few weeks of Monday heavy squats Wednesday heavy dead’s and then saturday higher rep work

Oh man I was the same way with Pepsi for a long time. Literally woke up at 6am and had to have one with a few smokes on the way to work. Sucked when I decided to stop that got bad migraines. Nothing but water & soy milk with my protein shakes for about 7 months. Always feel good.
 
Ha me too bruh you think I drank Pepsi on my way to work at 6am kidding. Yeah don’t even get me started on antihistamines
 
For real tho that was a weird time in my life when I lived in Spain & London. Breakfast of champions and I was able to run a 17min 3 mile
 
Give me few months of sobriety and let’s see where I’m at. I’m either going to be ripped or fucking huge but either way more muscle should get added
 
Im to scared to use that much anavar. The caps I have are 50mg but I dont want to start at 50 but you cant really break capsules in half 🤔
