Started my .3 mwf injects of test e 250 for cruise and started 80ug of clen for cutting season. May up to 120 in a few days I just don’t feel anything at this dose hahaha. Or I May give optims a try at 80 in few days
 
Lats and traps are sore today I was trying to think why. I never get any from regular dead’s but I’m guessing the constant tension and the high weight of sldl did it to them. Maybe I’ll actually get a good looking back now
 
Arm day legs still need some recovery from Sunday
Jm press 3x6-250,300,300
Last pull down hammer curls3x10-50s
Tate press 3x12-50s
Cable curls 3x20 think it was 12.5 each arm
Overhead cable extions each arm 37.5 till fail. Preacher curl3x12 65
Kick backs with cable 2-fail 10 pounds
 
Must of been a good day cause the muscle seizures starting in both bis and tris tonight. It’s ducking great when you can’t straighten or bend arm cause it’s locking either direction. Did chug some salt water. Also the little bit of test back in my system

Doing kind of deload this week

Dl 3x5 pause reps-495 felt really nice to just go slow and try and focus on form think the pause at below knee really helped think of keeping tight to body
Hammer y row3x8-4 plates each side
Hammer iso row upper back and rear delts 3x8 - 4 plates each side
Cybex leg press 3x12 505
Cable rear delts 3x15 bent delt swings 3x12-12.5,45 superset
Lay pull down 2x12-200
Had to rush to get home to cook dinner feeing run down need good sleep may sleep in Saturday with no buckeye games

Can’t wait to see how these things pop 15 pounds from now and then again when I add 30 after that
 
If I can keep growing the legs I’ll be happy at 280 not sure I’ll wan to be bigger but let’s just see how things look next year at that size
 
Doing 9 in a row starting Monday so we don’t work into thanksgiving morning so that should help me
Drop down to about 257 before thanksgiving. Hope to be 263 tomorrow. Almost look as lean as a did at 250 end of flashes contest

We are working thanksgiving, we get overtime, extra shift covid bonus, and holiday pay. One shift will equal a half of a Normal paycheck.

Only family near by is her brother, and they are out of town. I will gladly work through the holidays for that kind of money.
 
Yeah it was either 6 in row then work three and get off thanksgiving morning or just do 9 straight and get off day before so we vote Monday but I know the what it will be
