Normally would hit shoulders today hit going to give them extra reat this week so arm pump work calves and abs sounds good

Did overhead cable triceps and damn d my shoulder feel ten times better after I think I just need to keep up with stretching regimen to keep healthy. Also get the workout in but not always the other preventive maintenance
 
With extra day of rest I’ve decided to give more to shoulders. Hate skipping a workout but I got to remember skipping one May prevent skipping many. Also body could use some rest before heavy triples on squats tomorrow
 
I just had a thought…slap some tights and mask on you…get you in the ring…I’ll be your mouthy little manager running around the outside of the ring with a bullhorn. Your huge and i got miles of bs.
 
So the Latina I’ve been banging on wants to be exclusive but I just matched with an attractive ex competitor in some woman’s category and it’s nice to talk gear with a chick and they already know. Did I mention she’s attractive. The negative is she’s 50 miles away the positive is she’s 50 miles away I could meet do a work out and chick back home would never know. Just say I’m working it that day

One of the advantages during the pandemic is that I have to reserve my building’s gym. I get one hour a day, BUT it is all to myself. So if I let some really nasty juicy ones go during heavy squats, noone is there to hear or smell. I just keep on going.
 
Legs are tired maybe a squat only lift 12 hours on my feet do not make a great leg day have hit or 495 for 3 going to try 505 and if I don’t get it bars at level easier to rerack weights
 
Got one and legs just gave so it’s a few sets of all the weight on cybex leg press till failure shower eat sex sleep
 
More prs 415 on incline e today extra rest for shoulder last week seemed to help. Feels good even after workout.
 
Turns out it was 425 not 415. Guy put 10s on not 5s. So there is that. Maybe shutting down heavy pressing again and just doing rep work. Should got inflamed again tonight on arm day
 
Fuck my delt looks and feels puffy I was going to start regular benching next week guess I just have to stick to higher rep ranges and just hope eventually it heals. Should have stuck
To no heavy pressing this cycle but I’ll dumb
 
Got damn I can’t sleep so much pain in shoulder now that it’s gone into my dreams.
 
I’m pretty sure at this point is muscle strain that I keep aggravating going heavy. Wish I could turn the power lifter in me today
