Timeline of estrogen levels after 25mg aromasin. Left is % estrogen decrease. As you can see it takes roughly 5 days to return to baseline. Thought this was interesting

Yes a lot of people think the half life is shorter but in reality it kills almost up to 80-90% of your estrogen then takes up to 5 days to rebound . I usually take .25 once a week on my cycle … with my trt I only use dim … if I fill a flar up bc it can happen switching sponsors then I’ll throw in some

Definitely a delicate balance. I’ve learned to only use 6.25mg as need. I’ve crashed e2 and it’s hell. Would rather err on high side

I’m trying 6.25 eod on 2.1 gs. Instead of 12.5 e3d. I’m trying to keep levels better and use less.

I remember crashing my estrogen a few times and it takes me 3 days to recover and 2 days to get out of bed.

I have learned that if I keep my estrogen in check which means not dosing over 300 mg of testosterone I should never have an estrogen problem and when you have no estrogen problems you have non prolactin issues, bp issues etc.

I know everyone is different but Do you see a benefit in running it at 2k instead of 500?

Yes big difference. I’ve actually gone to 12.5 e4d. Feel great tryingto fuck everything that moves though. Honestly at my size 500 is close to be what my cruise dose will be. I plan on being at 300 15% at the end of this cycle

Have you tried anastrozole also? When I did have to take it it was much easier to control my estrogen level and it was a little bit more forgiving if you overdosed. IME
