Exemestane: Wow, this shit works!

I have always used Adex for E2 control with OK results. But I love higher doses of test, and my body responds well to them, but my E2 shot up to 172 recently, so I had to take some action. Crying over pictures of puppies on the internet while eating breakfast just don’t hunt. So I started Exemestane at 6.25mg E3D and wham, symptoms annihilated. And I have never been this dry nor has my pubertal gyno ever been this small. Only downside is achy joints. I would try to cut the dose in half again, but the tablets are 25mg, so I’m already cutting them into 1/4 size and not sure I can accurately half them again.

I used to use adex but it just wasn’t working and and I still felt like crap with my E2 being around 60’s range . I finally switched to 1/4 aromasin once a week and we are back in action baby :muscle:t3:

You can space the doses out more. Sounds like you are crushing your estro past the point of benefit.

Reason rhe best I’ve felt both times estrogen came back at around 7. So weird

That’s not enough estro for it to do it’s Neuro and cardio protective thing though.

The last time I did take my pill day before bloods as emu went about two weeks it’s out and felt miserable. Wanted to see where bloods would be with out ai but I just couldn’t make it. Kind of like seeing how 8ius is if it doesn’t feel good don’t do it

8 iu’s would make me feel like a balloon. And my prolactin would probably be 15.

Based on this and @NeuroRN 's advice, I’m going to take the dosing down to 6.25mg each week. At that rate, I have enough Exemestane to last me for a year!

Indeed! And I know I actually like it a bit high, say in the 30-40 range. But 172 was no bueno.
