I’ve been playing around with these. Sticking with one per day. They’re extremely nutrient dense. Probably make a good weight gainer if eaten in quantity.

Sammmmme. It’s so bad everyone at work assumes that’s what I’m doing if they can’t find me.

I love dates, just so damn calorie dense . I make these nut balls with dates, peanut butter, oats all blended up dry. Roll into balls and cover with shredded coconut

I understand that. They eat easy and I could probably put ten of them away easy. That would kill my dietary restrictions for 2 or 3 days.

I totally understand, I can’t have them in the house because I’ll get carried away. Keep us posted on any benefits you notice, I’m curious after reading the article you linked!

Will do!

My next dr’s appointment with labs is the end of july. Might push it back a week or two due to vacation. So we should have a pretty good idea of what it does.

I’ll know if they’re turning me into a fat azz before that. Just got to limit to one a day along with one slice of whole grain bread and one table spoon of olive oil.

Cheez louise my life just blows sometimes.

They are very calorie/sugar dense so when I have them I do so around the training window. They are a useful snack to have on hand especially when using insulin.
