So I have a bottle of test e250 in the summer but hadn’t opened until a few weeks ago. It says manufactured last May. Yesterday I pinned it for the third time in the morning. This time I did a full cc, the other two times I did .75 (last Monday) and .5 cc (Feb 13th). Both of the other two times I experienced some soreness in the glute for 3-4 days but put this down to me being new to pinning and my hands being a little shakey. But this time the soreness is much worse to the point where I can’t really sit comfortably. The first two times I pinned in around the same spot probably dorso-glute and this time I moved a little closer to the hip to get away from the last injection site.

Should I be worried about an infection or some sort of serious injury to the muscle? Any advice/thoughts greatly appreciated

Thanks for the advice I’m going to use a heating pad and make sure to massage it next time as well as switch up the sites

Yep!!!

I had an accident with some incendiaries as a young sgt…i was wide open with my hand bandaged and the old man (commanding officer) seen me and inquired…thats what he told me. I’ll never forget it.

Just make sure it’s not red and swollen. Before you heat it place the back side of your hand and gauge the temp. Is it really hard? Just asking to be sure it’s not infected. Definitely listen to all the other advise. Rotate sites, clean everything well etc.

I injected in my quad and it only took two days for my knee to end up the size of a grapefruit. Dod everything exactly the same…just my time i guess.
