Extreme Soreness In Glute After Injection

Yeah this happens he could be used to being at other forums which are completely different than ugmuscle.
So this happens but no one will ever be insulted at ugmuscle that’s one of our commandments.

Bumping this to say: Out of desperation for new injection sites (I micro-dose ED), I injected lats today for the first time and wow, that was easy and painless! Great recommentation @Kad1!

Pretty much, yes. Lift arm of lat you are going to inject, reach across with your other hand, and pop. 1/2" needles work perfectly.

I actually did my injection from the front with my arm behind my head, which made my lat stick out. In the video, he’s doing the injection more from the side. That would be difficult for a person to do to himself.

Yep i just looked it up. “Tony huge”…really hahaha.

I’m not sure i can reach across and be stable enough push the plunger. Lost a lot of dexterity in my hands/fingers.
