You crazyDirt!!! @Ags43z def use 1.5 in glutes unless your 8percent bf. Lol. I also use .5 inch 29 gauge slins for delts and quads for micro dosing. If I am running a cycle where I can micro dose I love hitting delts and quads with slins. So much more comfortable just gotta make sure you are getting in the muscle with the half inchers. And after I pin I always use the same alcohol swab I cleaned with and reclean the site with a lot of pressure (massage) and keeps me from getting those little red itchy bumps.

Ok, just keep an eye on it. If it doesn’t improve go see the doc

I hate pinning glutes mine always get sore. You can literally pin any muscle. I have my favorite sites to pin and only use glutes when my cycle requires every day pinning

I hear you. For whatever reason, mine are very distinct. The skin is really thick over them, though, so I have to stretch it a little with my fingers and give it a good initial push. But no subsequent soreness. Man, if I pin my delt in just the wrong location, it’s 24-36 hours of inflammatory misery.

Honestly I don’t even know what I would say to the doctor. Couldn’t that mess up my insurance?

Hey bro @Zane might wanna be careful with name calling around here. Like “clowns”. Unless your talking shit to a good friend it’s not tolerated. You seem to be getting very involved which is nice. Don’t mess it up brother. You may want to rethink what your saying and edit that.

@Zane: To be clear, Neither @Kad1 nor I recommended that the OP lie to his doctor. Rather, the OP was expressing reservations about going to the doctor at all because it might “mess up his insurance.” This is an absolutely legitimate concern depending upon the doctor, and we’d rather the OP go to the doctor and lie about his condition than not go at all. It is OF COURSE better to tell the truth to the doc. Big duh. But if you don’t have the kind of relationship with the doctor that allows you to tell him or her the truth without jeopardizing your insurance, the next best thing is still going to the doc, but lying about how you wound up with your issue. THAT was the point.

Whatever. You seem to want to be outraged by something that absolutely was intended to encourage the OP to go to the doctor in any event. Do you disagree that its better to go to the doctor and lie than to avoid going at all when you need to do so? And the insurance issue is a legitimate one. I always ask a new doctor if I can have an “off the record conversation” with him or her that will not make it into my official record for insurance purposes. Most of the time they will agree, but sometimes they won’t.

Look brother I am trying to help you. I was in a very similar situation and got in trouble. You may have the right to your opinion no problem there. But we have rules here and something as trivial as calling someone a clown or whatever can explode amongst a bunch of juice heads !! You dig??? That was my only point!!
