Morning all.breakfast was shit,my day will all be shit,I wish I could just run away from home like I did as a kid,not lifting today either.
 
Sorry to hear I’ve gotten some sleep but feel worse than when I was getting four hours probably cause I’m I need of fluids and food
 
Quick and dirty shoulders and traps. Just ate 1st meal of day. Chicken and roasted potatoes. Trying out this fasting stuff. Kind of sucks lol
 
Doing abs biceps and cardio around 2. Being single has me bored as fuck so I guess I’ll have to find a hobby for off days so I don’t start overtraining
