Feb 18th diets and training

Good day to you motherfuckers. I’m behind schedule,breakfast was 2 cans a tuna,lite mayo,chopped celery,pepper.1 plain bagel,R1 shake,water…Splitting wood at my friend’s house for her so there’s my “lifting” for the day.
Lunch will be,two turkey n cheese on homemade bread,Lett,tomato,R1 shake,pretzels,water.Got a bball practice tonight,our girls got smoked at their game last night,23-4,their struggling we got 6 girls, so only 1 sub per game,most other teams have 8-9,it sucks. My daughter is the most aggressive(trained her well) she takes it seriously and keeps her war face on the whole time.
 
Hit chest earlier. Added that pyramid style thing to the begging of my chest workout and it helps so much after a got a good pump. The rest of my lifts were so much better with contractions. Ate 3oz raw liver after and drank some egg whites with a scoop of protein
 
No 😅😅 hahah but on a serious note. I did carnivore last year and I watch carnivoremd2.0 on Instagram. And its where I got the idea before I ever heard of liver king. Liver king is a little to wild for me lol carnivoremd tho I feel like has some pretty good perspectives. I take everything with a grain of salt tho. I just like trying new things
