Good Morning UGM crew
Todays meals have been .5 cup of oatmeal with a .5 cup of fairlife milk and 2 eggs on English muffins.
Yogurt, cottage cheese and triscutts
Peanut Butter chicken and rice
Steak and cheese wraps
Protein shake with a banana

Hoping to train back tonight

Sausage, scrambled eggs, and fried potatoes for breakfast. Snack was chocolate milk and P3. Lunch was 2 peanut butter sandwiches. Snack was big bag of white cheddar cheeze its with a chocolate milk. Hitting legs tonight.
 
My dad can make those pretty easily without messing them up. I’ve tried to get him on the shocked breat and veggies train for him to drop pounds but it will never happen good is his drug. The ways he drools
Over food on tv and talks about everything looks is straight up like if I see a nice rock of coke haha.
 
I get it. I’ve had “large “ friends that were addicted to food. Dudes could put away some groceries.
 
Luckily he’s not too big but for his age and back issues 310 is too much and it just keeps going the wrong direction. He’s not a big in one seating eater but it’s the through out the day snacking
 
I understand.

Out of everything I’ve studied… body mass muscle or fat for advanced age folks is harsh on body functions.

Of course you gotta throw out the outliers.
