Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake blended with strawberrys, oatmeal,2 raw eggs, cranberry juice.Doin arms at gym in a bit,then go out to eat with my kid.
Scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy. My first time actually making homemade gravy and not mixing it from a pack. Hypertrophy day this evening. Hitting chest, biceps, and triceps.
Oatmeal, English muffins and eggs. Snack was a yogurt, pouch of tuna and a tablespoon of peanut butter. Chicken and rice. Steak and cheese wrap. Protein shake. Thinking of doing a chest/shoulder workout tonight and watch football tomorrow
