February 23rd edition of diets and bodybuilding

I have three kids in MMA training. Only one wants to fight, the cancer kid, and the other so it just for fun. I train with them and we watch guys in the club fight. Kids want me to fight heavy weight just once. And honestly I do too. I don’t just want one fight I wanna win. Heavy weight is 205 to 265 I believe. So here we are. I can street fight the best of them. But anyone gets me on the ground and is proficient in jiujitsu I’m toast. So I have some learning to do just incase it ends up on the ground. Anywho it’ll be fun and great cardio.
