Good morning all.No work 3 days worth of work since before christmas,wtf,getting a little ridiculous.i went to gym tire flipped,n did light leg workout.Breakfast was peach chobani,4 turkey sausage,1 cinnamon raisin bagel toasted,with butter,coffee n water.Not sure about lunch,probably some bullshit.Dinner will be who the fuck knows,with a side of who the hell cares.Today I am not grateful,I'm feeling pretty fucking ignorant.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
No training. Just swapping from nights to days so I'm working off short sleep. Heading to concert tonight and all I had to eat so far was toast and egg whites before running out the door. I'm hoping to grab something before I get there
