FEBUARY 17TH EDITION OF DIETS AND TRAINING

Hi all.Pre gym breakfast,4 turkey sausage,bananna.Then went and did tris,and tire flipping.Actual breakfast was strawberries and whip cream,3 eggs over easy,2 pieces whole grain toast,coffee and water.No work still,almost officially 2 months with only 3 days of total work.Doin some heavy isolating,which is only gonna make starting a new job harder whenever that happens.Not sure about lunch,but dinner will be garlic chicken with risotto,and a salad.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
