JANUARY 17TH EDITION OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Good morning all.did tire flipping a little bit ago,then went inside gym and did a light leg workout.About to make breakfast,which will be,3 eggs over easy,2 pieces whole wheat toast,4 turkey sausage,strawberries,water.
No work,maybe gonna start a small job monday,my dad n I are going to give estimate and look at the job later today.Not sure about lunch.Dinner will be chic parm and a salad,so lettuce,tomato,carrots,spinach leaves,and a little zesty Italian dressing.Today I am grateful for my sisters,their unwavering love and loyalty,they each have their own way to support me.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Did some chest and shoulders today. Switching back to day shift. All I've had so far is toast and egg whites. Protein shake. Unsure about dinner here as well. Grateful for everyone here and keeping this the best forum around.
