Hi all.To help me stay committed to my workouts,eating healthier,lifting on a steady basis I'm going to do my best to do these daily posts of my routines which I use to do on a daily basis.im not calling it a log,cause I talk about a lot of bullshit that has nothing to do with diets and training.Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,1 plain bagel lightly toasted,with cream cheese and homemade peach jam,bananna,water,along with my Animal vitamin packs,astragalus and milk thistle.I then did bis,preacher curls,hammer curls,and regular standing curls.Lunch will be homemade Mac n cheese,Chic sausage,and a salad.1st dinner will be baked chicken thighs n breast's,more Mac n cheese more salad.2nd dinner will be 5 egg whites,1 cup of chic peas,little Debbie oatmeal cake and milk.
