Good morning all.Going to gym later with my bro in law not sure what we're working on though.Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,strawberries cut up in peach chobani,Animal vanilla shake,water.Lunch will ravioli,sauce and a salad.1st dinner will flank steak,potato,and salad.2nd dinner will be cereal.Today I am grateful for the specific skill set I learned while I was on active duty,only a 4 year period of my life,but very heavy and influential in my life to this day.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
So far two servings of oatmeal, then 7 oz of chicken breast and a cup of sweet potatoes, I also went to the diner for breakfast again. Far as meal four five and six it's in the air. Will probably do light work at the gym today. Calves and abs
 
Trained back and bis. As far as food goes eggs on toast with Turkey Sausage. Then granola ,almonds and yogurt. Protein shake. Cheeseburger wraps. Chicken salad wraps.
