FEBUARY 26TH EDITION OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Good morning all.Breakfast was plain bagel,chobani,4 turkey sausage,bananna,and water.Not sure about lunch.Going to my exs to take a load of stuff she wants brought to the dump,I don't mind cause I'll get to see My dogs!! When I get back I will do legs at the gym,along with tire flipping,probably gonna use a shot of @GearChurch dbol/tne pwo mix about a hour or more before going.
I think I'm gonna make country fried steak,and a salad for 1st dinner,and odds are I just eat leftovers from the first dinner.Today I am grateful for my 3 sisters and their unwavering support.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Today was Push A with 35min of cardio

Breakfast and PWO meal - 55g of fruity dynobites (fp knockoff) with 34g of ghost Cinnabon whey

Post - 150g Jasmine rice, 150g 93/7 lean ground turkey

Remaining 4 meals for the day - 100g of jasmine rice, 130g of chicken breast

Y’all seem to be having way more fun than me 😅

I'm off cycle for a bit longer. I'll get more strict when I can get back on. Keeping busy with family is priority for awhile lol.
 
2xoatmeal, 21oz chicken breast 3 cups sweet potatoes, diner. And something else for meal 6 🤔.... Shoulder day . Lil delt action

Alright UPDATE. Meal 6 spaghetti and meatballs dessert protein yogurt that @John likes so much. Thats it fellas. I'm eating. Goodnight. We gotta work out tomorrow quit messing around.......
