I think you can but it’s more rare than if your not. I eat a lot of the same thing day in and day out just to keep lean and healthy before going on anything.
The rate at which you will grow trying to stay truly lean will be much slower than if you pack in the cals and let yourself add some body fat. But stay your course man. Whatever works for you.
Yeah the big guys always post their strict diets they are on during their prep but never the im getting to 15% to add muscle meals. I’m not the biggest palumbo fan but at least talked about eating one shit meal everyday from McDonald’s
