Cool thing is you can order parts. As you know. Grills tend to get heat damage. They have every part you would ever need. Rachel got me the flavor pro. I got it on The Friday before Father’s Day and have used it every day since then 😂
 
Wild Alaskan Salmon. Caught last week… cooked in my new grill. Cedar plank, applewood/cherry smoked. Fucking awesome

Had salmon for lunch still just do it for health just not a fish fan.

This stuff is awesome on chicken too. Use it all the time. Pretty much on anything I smoke or grill. Besides steak. Salt and cracked pepper only on steak. I’m not a complete heathen…
