This was from my pump day workout last week before heading to the airport. I did chest, shoulders and triceps. My pump day workouts are customized to focus on bringing certain areas up. I’m using meadows #aeres training program then the guy that trained under john in business for years does my pump days. So it’s 3 days of aeres followed by 3 days of “pump” workouts. If anyone has done a Mountian dog pull, push, leg program you know “pump” days aren’t just an easy day to relax you still push it hard. Here is the aftermath of said workout.
