No there is not. I just like to try and push people to be the best that they can. Sometimes people (me) don’t think they are smart enough and choose to not pursue things. You’re right. Sometimes happiness is as simple as doing what you love to do. Not about the money. I told my kids, if you’re happy 80% of the time with your job, that’s a great fucking job!
 
Memphis affordable…the area? We’ve been looking at Tennessee, Missouri, Indiana, Iowa(I grew up in Chicago) and even The VA, WV, PA(?) it like a tri cities60 miles from Pittsburgh. I live in the Place that is Crazy. NY, California, Chicago. come here and 500grand, no problem, here’s 600k cash. 180-200k looks like you live like a king in the mid and south east. Green grass…a front yard…Any thoughts…I want to take a trip but that never really shows you much. I read they are flying some extreme southerners, Like to PA, and east coast…Texas and AZ are full.

Eastern nc is growing quick. Putting in a new highway corridor from Raleigh to coast…in about 10 years the land/housing is going to go from high to ridiculous. Hospital rn’s knock back some doe here. Probably one of the higher paying jobs. The farther west you go in our state the more “woke” it gets. Woke being bleeding heart liberals that are willing to live with crime, drugs and poverty because “it’s not their fault”. On the coast is a little more rural until summer beach traffic.
 
I like it out there. West virginia and Virginia…Like Charleston, Is kinda cool and smaller homes with a back and front yard, since its 2 of us and as many dogs that get along and cats. 100k or some less. RNs do make just as much technically or you pick up a shift. I know Im getting old. I want a porch, a decent yard, and a gym with even 30 y.o hammer strength or star tac…fuck the pools, fuck the nightlife. The gym is my temple and its my nightlife…some of the Ahem new attire that is going down, as bad as I feel looking!..But , not to hijack, anyone that can be in that chaos and have the state of mind to HELP. Yes, thanks. Oh the “woke” dumb and miserable. I can’t get started, My BP is good right now.
