GH dosage sweet spot

I was speaking to an acquaintance of mine who is a naturopathic doctor. He was telling me that the sweet spot dosage for gh for general wellness, chronic pain relief and skin health is 2 iu a day. 6 months on and 6 months off. I was wondering what you guys think if this? I have yet to try gh so i dont have any experience on this one.

I think 200iu a day is crazy I believe that’s a typo??

I have used 2iu 5 days a week for awhile that worked well it depends on your goals

Yeah anti aging 5 days a wk at 2iu possibly 1iu depending upon the labs somatropin you are using pharma or ugl.

Muscle building I would never go over 5iu alot of guys use 10iu and higher but the side effects are definitely not worth the reward. Even Jay Cutler said that when hgh came around and first started using they tried to pump him up on higher doses than 5iu he said no and backed away because the side effects were that bad and this is a pro that would eat the chicken with the feathers if you told him it would make him bigger.
So I just warn also about a friend who was taking gh at 10iu but was probably taking much more all pharma grade and it messed him up really bad I don’t recommend going higher than your body says is ok
 
I originally used it to help heal an injury and then kept running it I enjoyed it for awhile but it caused bone growth and other side effects I didn’t like so I discontinued use it definitely has its benefits and risks just have to make sure that the benefits out weigh the risk
 
I’m running 4iu ED, 2iu in the morning and 2iu at night. That has a noticeable impact on belly fat, sleep quality, and hair and skin. It also seems to give me a bit of an extra pump when I work out in the mornings. Downside is I get VERY sleepy about three hours after the morning dose.

I tried adding 2iu post workout, but I started retaining water and getting achy all over. For me, therefore, 4iu ED is the sweetspot. I am 55, so probably need a little more than you youngins.

I always reccomend everyone start dosing at night because I have the same effects of being extremely tired. I would take naps if possible

Currently doing 2 in morning 2 pwo although today with my workout being early I’ll Do post workout shot
 
Im not sure to be honest. I’ve never gotten it checked out by a doctor. But i started wearing a compression cuff about 4 months ago for my pressing\pushing movements and it works wonders. I dont feel any pain when im lifting. But it would be nice to be pain free all the time
