Yeah but i would have to get down on the floor AND get back up… that’s a chore! Hahaha
 
You can at least do reverse lunges this way with the band or just hold dumbbells. Yeah it’s a pretty sweet little tool to have if space is limited. Definitely feel the effects this morning from last night. Kind of that DOMS feeling you get if you are starting out or have missed a few sessions with a specific muscle group.
