God damn old knees! Help

Ok so yesterday I wanted to start off just giving the step video movement a try first.

I was able to do it and I don’t believe that it increased pain in my knee either this was a worry for me but no problem its kinda crazy its like doing a hack squat with one leg and you have to balance with your torso. Its definitely an interesting movement and I will continue doing it and im going to try adding some of the others in also

Slow and steady. Build some strength increase balance and ROM and you should be good to go

I believe that the more you do it the easier it gets at first it was difficult to balance or atleast balance correctly so that I was working the leg and knee.

I look forward to trying more of the list today

I’m getting sort of a scraping or grinding noise, especially when I do leg extensions. There isn’t any pain involved just a general feeling of weakness. I have step platforms like you might find at a commercial gym. I’m going to incorporate the step down you posted today. Hopefully it’s just about building strength around the knee joint and not something more serious.

I actually did it last night brother I want to get one of those platform steps that I believe you have were you can adjust the height.

I injured my knee 20+yrs ago and have just been dealing with it im hoping that these movements help out because my knee will just collapse on me sometimes so im hoping that will help.

Keep the step low to start. The quad set video is an important one for you. Another good one will be a step back lunge

Just did them. Did front squats, GM’s and mixed them in with abs and calves

Thank you sir
