Good. I’ve been brutal on myself and the big thing that resonates and everyone is like “,your a nurse not a doctor” AAS and high blood pressure,last few years. I definitely have ‘achilles’ syndrome. I can’t do calf raises with no weight, standing. Seated, I can do 10 no weight. I have tibial muscle but my right calf is gone. I’m figuring this out in June. I’m very fatigued as well.
