Good fuckin morning,training and diet time

Breakfast was oikos triple zero,4 scrambled eggs with ketchup n hot sauce,vanilla protein shake,3 pieces toast homemade strawberry jam,grapes,water,drinkin coffee now.Not workin out til later,lats.Hope everyone has a good day.
 
Ran out of cold oatmeal dish. Egg whites and slice of leftover cake.

Just one for now. I’ve only been getting three meals a day man. One in the morning before work. One on my lunch break and one after work.
 
Food, food and more food. Probably the same shit as every day, although last night when I was baked I was watching Halloween desert baking competitions on TV and decided I need cookies and cake
 
Doing chicken breast for meal prep and dirty rice with cinci style chili seasoned beef. My dad made to much chilli so I’m finding ways to get rid of jt
