Good morning boys and girls diet and lifting

Breakfast was vanilla protein shake,grapes,2 hard boiled eggs,blue berry frosted poptart. Was lazy this morning didn’t work out,traps n forearms later.tell your wife n kids you appreciate them,and love them today.
 
Just a yogurt before gym. Hitting shoulders then I’ll come home and have a protein shake, banana then some eggs and whites w/ toast.
 
Bad eating/sleeping day already. Got up at 3… let chucklehead out…had two bowls of raisen crunch bran…some peanut butter granola… bunch of water… laid back down at 4:30ish… tossed and turned til 5:30ish. Just had oats and cheese sticks.

I have a dentist apt at 11… chiropractic after that. Probably train legs later or tomorrow.

I don’t know…
 
Had me a smoothie.
