Breakfast was,4 scrambled eggs ketchup n lots a pepper,R1 shake,banana,2 bowls raisin bran crunch,water,and having a coffee now.not training til later.Hope everyone has a productive and positive day.
Traveling today. Have a weeks worth of work in the UP of Michigan. Gods country up there. So today’s breakfast is a loaded biscuit and hash browns and oj from Hardee’s. Lol.
Was reasonably disciplined with the diet over the weekend, so this morning, I’m fueling up with bacon, four eggs, pancakes with chocolate chips, fat free milk, and a ton of coffee before hitting legs and abs.
