Good morning motherfuckers,training and diets

I woke up on the wrong side of the bed,dont feel like doin shit,I’m not working anything out this morning,maybe later,maybe not.Breakfast was oikos, with strawberries cut up in it,can a tuna with hot sauce,R1 chocolate shake,water and having a coffee now. Have a good day everyone.
 
Me too. Wife is being a boss at home. She can’t stop it. She’s a division manager of 2000 people. Says “we” a lot which means me. “We should move the furniture in the living room” or “we need to pick up a bit” I’m not in the mood or feel like entertaining her “we’s”
 
That’s about midway for me. Hopefully no more setbacks for me and the rest of cycle I’m just eating food and putting up numbers
 
Yeah set backs suck,I hope shit goes smoothly for you til the comp,which is when?
This is the longest I’ve gone without juicing in awhile
