Nice. Coffee. Protein shake, glass of OJ vitamins. Egg whites. Banana. Jimmy Dean egg and turkey breakfast sandwich 😁 back day today.
 
Oats and chicken

Don’t know what I’m doing today. Had dr apt for baby girl almost 2 hours away yesterday and missed legs. Either going to do them today or tomorrow.
 
Protein shake and a banana. Did some back and rear delta this morning already. Got some errands to run so I might just drink some egg whites
 
Hamburger sounds good I may eat tacos for lunch or breakfast or dinner I don’t know what to call my meal this time of day
 
This is whatever meal you want. It’s the perk of night shift.

Woke up late. Just got the dogs fed. Drinking coffee now, will drink some egg whites in a bit.
 
Oats with protein. 2 whole eggs, 4 whites

Push day today. Off of the gym past two days, caught a little bug or something wasn’t feeling great. But glad to be getting back at it 👍
