Morning! Hope you all have a nice weekend. Went for a 4 mile brisk walk this morning and watched the sun come up. Starting the day off this way really puts me in a good mood and mindset that lasts all day. Now to decide breakfast.
Great picture, once summer decides to kick in I’ll be walking outside a lot. It’s been pretty rainy where I’m at so a lot of my walks have been indoors or up and down the stairs. Can’t wait to get out!
Yep can’t ever beat the outdoors. I’m not a runner/jogger, but will occasionally put on a vest that weighs up to 60 lb to increase intensity and heart rate. Other than that I just crank my indoor treadmill as steep as possible.
Agreed. We got about one more month here before our pool is no longer refreshing. It’ll be like swimming in warm piss. The older i get the less tolerant of the heat i get.
They had our break room at 78. Fucking turned off ac. I’m bout to roid rage and just tell the women that do that if you want it warmer wear a fucking coat
Samo argument down here. In he plant they put the ac on load sharing… the front office pukes always had cold air while our break rooms in the back would cycle off ac in the middle of the effn day for a few hours.
Good times! I just got back home now from a now regular annual trip to a lake on the border of KY/TN. Crushed the fishing and ended up with so many largemouth bass and a good handful of rainbow trout! Will post some pics in a new thread soon.
Here is essentially a before/after pic dating back to early 2021. Went from 265 to a current lean 200 or so. Biggest change was the focus on resistance training and secondly cleaning up the diet, specifically removing processed or high sugar foods and eating protein at weight or at or slightly above in grams. Ultimately this is what worked for me…to each their own. Goal is something you can stick to and maintain long term.
Biggest change was within 7 months (~40lb drop). Now I’m about 1.5 years in and taking it in stride. I used to really get after it, so muscle memory definitely helped. Along with some Test C and EQ at moderate doses while eating in a deficit.
