crab most muscular cable flys or i call it the hulk

50 lbs…20 times…2 sets
60 lbs…15 times…2 sets
70 lbs…10 times…2 sets
1 minute rest between each set and 140 reps total
cable diagonal swoop up for upper chest
40 lb…15 times…6 sets
1 minute rest between each set and 75 reps total
Tricepts press machine…50 lbs…25 times…4 sets
60 lbs…20 times…5 sets
after each set i held for 15 counts under tesnsion with elbows slightly bent counting one one thousand up to 15…then one minute rest beween each set.
200 reps total and 135 tension reps
