So i got a friend who helps out around the farm hes 76 years old and got some weak knees. Back in his day he was a sasquatch of a man 6 3 350 he held the record for strongest man in the county and won all the arm wrestling titles all w o ever lifting. Just naturally stout as hell. Anyways hes been asking and talking to me about coming to the gym, he wants to know if it would help his knees and if so what exercises would he do? Im no coach but i watch the hell outta YouTube
